Exposed bone after tooth extraction

Hi,


I had a bottom molar removed 5 days ago. And yesterday the 4th day I noticed exposed bone in my gum. It was hurting yesterday but today the pain is unbearable. They gave me a strong version of tylenol when I got my tooth pulled but it isn't helping at all. I just don't know what I should do. Any help would be amazing.


Please help.
